FEXI21 is a vehicle whose main objective is to invest in shares and partnership interests representing the capital stock of eligible assets and to distribute the amounts generated by the eligible assets to the Certificates' Holders.

It is important to mention that Grupo MIP is the only Infrastructure Administrator in Mexico that has managed to successfully place two FIBRAS E (FEXI 21 and FSOCIAL 23) in the Mexican stock market and it has the necessary capacity and experience to simultaneously manage two infrastructure vehicles of such nature.

Based on the above, Grupo MIP consolidates itself as the most important Infrastructure Administrator and Operator in Mexico by operating four CKD's, one CERPI and two FIBRAS E that, together, have Assets under Administration for more than $3,900 million dollars .
