FEXI 21 arises from the placement of a Fibra E on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) by Mexico Infrastructure Partners (MIP), a leading manager of Infrastructure and Energy Investment Funds.
MIP is made up by a team with regional and international experience, a long history in structuring and raising investment funds, strong relationships with key players in the sector and extensive experience in asset management.
FEXI 21 is a vehicle whose main objective is to invest in shares and equity interests representing the capital stock of Eligible Companies and to distribute the amounts generated by the Eligible Companies to the Certificate Holders.
It is important to mention that MIP is the only Infrastructure Administrator in Mexico that has managed to successfully place two FIBRA-E (FEXI 21 and FSOCIAL 23) in the Mexican stock market and it has the necessary capacity and experience to simultaneously manage two infrastructure vehicles of such nature.
Based on the above, Grupo MIP consolidates its position as the most important Infrastructure Manager and Operator in Mexico by operating four CKD’s, one CERPI and two FIBRAS E, which, as a whole, have Assets under Management of more than US$10.9 billion.
It was established on July 22, 2021, held between Mexico Infrastructure Partners F1, S.A.P.I. of C.V. as Trustor and Administrator, Banco Actinver, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, Grupo Financiero Actinver, as Trustee and Monex Casa de Bolsa, S.A. of C.V. Monex Grupo Financiero, as Common Representative.
