Through the issuance of a single series of certificates that comply with the Tax Provisions regarding Fibra E and provide the Certificate Holders with access to the flow generated primarily by energy and infrastructure projects through concessions, service provision contracts or any other contractual scheme owned or operated by Eligible Companies.
